I might call this a “recalibration day” or “realignment day;” because it serves to bring my thinking into alignment or realignment with God’s Word and what Jesus is doing in the world. I’m not saying that your life is intentionally out of alignment. Perhaps you’ve recently hit one of life’s potholes, and some adjustment’s might be needed.
This day can challenge us to learn to do things that we’ve only talked about before in our Christian talk. Or it could challenge us to relearn our way of doing things to bring us into better alignment with Jesus.
Look especially at the rhythm of your life. What do you notice?
